Remember, weight loss and fat loss are NOT the same thing. The scale can go down and you can lose weight without losing any fat at all. Many of you may be searching for the perfect,“diet” or “technique” to lose fat. We want to emphasize this simple concept.
The only way to lose fat is to put yourself in a caloric deficit.
This is the scientifically proven way. Don’t make the mistake of confusing the “method” of something with the “cause” of something. The cause in regards to fat loss is always a caloric deficit. The methods to make that happen can vary greatly. The cause however, is the same.
Stop thinking that you have to find the perfect "diet" to reach your goals. Stop thinking you have to do what "so-and-so" is doing to lose fat. Stop thinking you can't eat after 7pm. If you are expending more calories in a day than you are consuming, and you are doing that consistently, fat loss will happen.
